Tequila Martini

Tequila Martini


2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz dry Vermouth

Fill a rocks glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and stir.  Garnish with a twist of Lemon or Orange.

1 sugar cube
3-4 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 1/2 oz gold Tequila
2-3 oz water
2-3 drops Lime juice

Place the sugar cube into a rocks glass.  Add the Bitters and muddle with the sugar until dissolved.  Fill the glass with ice and pour in the Tequila.  Add the water and Lime juice.  Stir and garnish with a twist of Lemon

5 oz Orange juice

Fill a highball glass with ice.  Add the Tequila and then pour over with the OJ.  Stir before serving.

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

2-3 dashes Lime juice
Orange juice
1/2 oz Grenadine

Fill a highball glass with ice.  Add the Tequila and Lime juice.  Fill with the OJ and stir.  Pour Grenadine down a spoon in to the glass and let it rise from the bottom.  DO NOT STIR

Fill a highball glass with ice.  Add the Tequila and Lime juice.  Fill with the OJ and stir.  Pour Blackberry Brandy down a spoon into the glass, allowing it to rise from the bottom.  DO NOT STIR

Fill a highball glass with ice.  Add the Tequila and Lime juice.  Fill with the OJ and stir.  Pour bitters down the back of a spoon into the glass, allowing it to rise back up from the bottom.  DO NOT STIR

1/2 oz Cream

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.  Top with whipped Cream and sprinkle of Cocoa if you like.

1 oz Orange juice
2-3 dashes Orange Bitters
chilled Champagne

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the Brandy, OJ and Bitters.  Shake and strain into a chilled goblet or tulip glass.  Fill with the chilled Champagne.

slice of Lime

Drink a straight shot of Whiskey.  Chase it down with a Corona  then suck on the slice of Lime.

Banana Milk Shake (non alcoholic)

1 medium sized banana, peeled
1/2 pt of Milk
1 tsp Honey

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend well until creamy and smooth.  Pour into a rocks glass and add ice.  This is a great Easter treat to be served at the Easter Egg Hunt and kids can drink it, too!

1 oz Chocolate syrup
1 oz Almond syrup
4 oz Cream

Add all the ingredients with 3 oz crushed ice to a blender.  Blend until smooth and creamy.  Pour into a goblet or large wineglass and serve. This is a great drink to make during the Easter celebrations.  Kids love it, too.  And if you want to spice it up for some of your guests, simply add Rum or Brandy.

Put the Ice Cream into a collins glass and fill with cola.  Stir before serving.  This is a great summer treat, easy to make and a joy to consume on a hot summer day.  I make these at home all the time.  It's a super treat for the kids!

3 1/2 oz frozen Vanilla Yogurt
2 oz Orange juice
1 tbsp sugar syrup

In a blender, combine all the ingredients with 3 1/2 oz of crushed ice.  Blend until chunky.  Pour into a goblet and serve.  This is the consummate Easter morning drink for the kids.  Get them ready for the fun of a long, hard hunt for hidden eggs!

1 1/2 oz Chocolate syrup
cold Milk
Seltzer water

Pour the Chocolate into a highball glass and fill the glass approx. 2/3 full with the cold Milk.  Top off with the Seltzer and stir.  This bubbly drink is a blast for the grown ups on Easter.  Spice it up with a little Kahlua or Amaretto if you like.

4 oz fresh Strawberries, trimmed with leaves and stems removed
8 oz cold Milk
1 tsp Honey or sugar (your choice)

Fill the blender with several ice cubes and then add all the ingredients.  Blend until smooth and then pour into a goblet or large wineglass.  This is a great drink to make all summer long, sweet and simple.  Enjoy it anytime on a hot afternoon!

3 oz Pineapple juice
3 or 4 Pineapple cubes
4 oz cold Milk
1 tbsp sugar or Honey

Fill a blender with several ice cubes and all of the ingredients.  Blend until smooth and thick.  Pour into a goblet or a large wineglass.  This is the best adult milkshake ever!  It is fun just about anytime and makes for a great treat when it's hot.

Rainbow Sherbert Punch (non alcoholic)

8 oz Orange juice
8 oz Pineapple juice
8 oz Hawaiian Punch
1 qt Rainbow Sherbet
1 bottle of Club Soda
1 bottle of Ginger Ale

Pour ice cubes into the bottom of a large punchbowl.  Combine the juices in the bowl, over the ice.  Before serving, add large scoops of the Rainbow Sherbet and serve with little spoons and glasses.  Kids absolutely love this punch and it's enjoyed by most adults, as well.  Make up a big batch on Easter Sunday and watch the bowl go dry!  Afterwards, make Strawberry Daquiris for the adults!  Happy Easter!

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and stir well.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Club Soda

Pour the Creme de Menthe into a liqueur glass.  Float the Galliano on top of the Creme de Menthe.  Float the Blackberry Liqueur on top of the Galliano.  Do not stir.
