Ingredients:

1 oz Tequila

1 Tbsp Banana Liqueur

1 oz Lime juice

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and strain into a Rocks glass filled with ice.

1 oz Lime juice

1 tsp Sugar syrup

Cream

Fill a Rocks glass with ice and add in the Tequila and Kahlua.  Top off with Cream and stir gently.

1/2 oz sour mix

Fill a mixing glass with ice and the Tequila and mix.  Shake and strain into a Rocks glass filled with ice.

1/2 oz Tequila

6 oz Orange juice

dash of Grenadine

Fill a highball glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and stir.

Long Island Ice Tea

1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Rum
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz Tequila
1 oz sour mix
1 oz Cola

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the liquors and the sour mix and shake.  Pour into a Collins glass and add ice if you want.  Top with the Cola and garnish with a slice of Lemon.

1/2 oz Vodka

1/2 oz Gin

1/2 oz light Rum

1/2 oz Triple Sec

1/2 oz Tequila

2 - 3 oz sour mix

7-Up

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add all the ingredients except the 7-Up.  Shake and pour into a collins glass.  Top off with the 7-Up.

1/2 ox Gin

1/2 oz light Rum

1/2 oz blue Curacao

1/2 oz white Tequila

1/2 oz Orange juice

1 oz sour mix

Fill a  mixing glass with ice and add all the ingredients except the 7-UP.  Shake and strain into a collins glass.  Add ice and top off with 7-Up.  Garnish with a slice of Lemon.

1/2 oz Vodka

1/2 oz Gin

1/2 oz Rum

1/2 oz Triple Sec

1/2 oz Tequila

1 oz Sour Mix

Cranberry Juice Cocktail

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add all of the liquors and the sour mix.  Shake and pour into a Collins glass.  Add more ice, if necessary.  Top off with the Cranberry Juice.  Garnish with a slice of Lemon and serve

1 tbsp heavy cream

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Golden Margarita

2 oz gold Tequila

1 oz Curacao

3/4 oz Lime juice

Fill a mixing glass with 2 oz crushed ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  If you like, frost the lip of a rocks glass before adding the mix.  Do not strain.  Garnish with a slice of Lime.

Golden Lemonade

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Sugar

1 cup fresh Lemon juice

2 cups gold Tequila

In a small saucepan, combine sugar with 1/2 cup of water.  Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring so that the sugar dissolves.  Boil for no more than 1 minute.  Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup of cold water to mix.  Allow the mix to cool to room temperature.  Once cooled, add the Lemon juice.  Combine this mix with the Tequila in a pitcher.  Stir well.  Add ice before serving in Collins glasses filled with ice.

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a shot glass and serve immediately.

Pour the Grand Mariner into a shot glass. Float the tequila on top of the Grand Mariner. Top with the Irish cream liqueur.
