Combine Bourbon, Bitters and Sugar in a mixing glass. Shake and pour into a chilled Champagne glass. Top off with the sparkling Wine and DO NOT STIR. Garnish with the slice of Brandied Peach.
1 qt Bourbon 1 qt Red Wine 1 qt Black Tea 1 pint dark Rum 1 pint Orange juice 1 cup Brandy 1 cup Gin 1 cup Lemon juice sugar syrup (to taste)
Combine all the ingredients in a jug or other large container and refrigerate. When ready to serve, add ice to a large punch bowl and pour the mix over the ice. Add sugar syrup to taste and garnish with Lemon twists.
In a collins glass, place the 6 Mint leaves and the sugar syrup. Mash leaves with a spoon. Add 1 oz of the Bourbon. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Pour over with the rest of the Bourbon. Stir well and garnish with a Mint sprig if you like.
1 1/2 oz Bourbon 1 oz Kahlua 1 oz heavy Cream 1/2 oz Vodka 1/2 oz Banana Liqueur 1 tsp Pernod 1 Egg white
In a blender, combine 3 oz cracked ice with all the ingredients. Blend a high speed for 15 seconds. Pour straight into a chilled highball glass. Garnish with a Cherry and Pineapple slice.

Combine all the ingredients and allow to chill in the refrigerator. Measure the sugar syrup to an amount that tastes good. Test by mixing it in as you go, tasting until it's right. When you are ready to serve the punch, pour the ingredients mix over a block of ice in a large punch bowl. Adjust sweetness if needed and garnish with Lemon twists.
1 1/2 oz Bourbon 1/2 oz Lemon juice 1 tsp white Creme de Menthe 1/2 tsp Sugar Club Soda
Fill a sour glass almost to the top with crushed ice. Pour in all the ingredients except the Club Soda. Stir well and pour over with the Club Soda. Do not stir again. Garnish with a sprig of Mint.
