Pearl Harbor

1 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Midori Melon liqueur
Pineapple juice

Fil a highball glass with cracked ice.  Add the Vodka and Midori.  Top off with Pineapple juice and stir before serving.

1 1/2 oz dark Rum
1 oz Banana liqueur
2 oz fresh Lime or Lemon juice

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

1 1/2 oz light Rum
1 tbsp Sherry
1 tsp Lime juice

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Navy Grog

1/2 oz light Rum
1/2 oz dark Rum
1/4 oz Falernum
1/2 oz Guava Nectar
1/2 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Orange juice
1 oz sour mix

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Pour into a chilled highball glas or a chilled double sized rocks glass.  Garnish with a slice of Lime or a spring of Mint.

1/4 oz Creme d'Yvette

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and stir.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

1/2 oz Triple Sec
1/4 oz Rose's Lime juice

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Pour into shot glasses and serve.

3/4 oz Captain Morgan Rum
3/4 oz Southern Comfort
1/2 oz Amaretto
1 oz Pineapple juice

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and stir well.  Strain into shot glasses or tooters.

1 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Lime juice

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

dash of Grenadine

Fil la mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Strain into chilled shot glasses.

2 dashes of Pernod

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake firmly.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

1/2 oz white Creme de Cacao
2 oz Cream

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

1 oz Grand Marnier

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Stain into a rocks glass filled with cracked ice.

1 1/2 oz Sloe Gin

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and stir.  Do not shake.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a Cherry.

1/4 tsp Grenadine
1/4 tsp Lemon juice

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

juice of 1/2 Lemon
splash Cointreau
splash Mandarine Napoleon Liqueur

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake well.  Strain into a chilled martini glass.

1 qt Bourbon
1 qt Red Wine
1 qt Black Tea
1 pint dark Rum
1 pint Orange juice
1 cup Brandy
1 cup Gin
1 cup Lemon  juice
sugar syrup (to taste)

Combine all the ingredients in a jug or other large container and refrigerate.  When ready to serve, add ice to a large punch bowl and pour the mix over the ice.  Add sugar syrup to taste and garnish with Lemon twists.

3/4 oz Grenadine
Club Soda

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the Pernod and Grenadine and shake.  Pour into a highball glass filled with ice.  Top off with Club Soda.  Do not stir and serve.
