Pendennis Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Gin

1 Tbs Apricot Brandy

1/2 oz Lime juice

2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.

1/2 oz Lime juice

2-3 drops green Chartreuse

2-3 drops white Creme de Cacao

Pineapple juice

Fill a Rocks glass with ice and add the Gin and Lime juice.  Stir well and top off with Pineapple juice.

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add Gin, OJ and Lime.  Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.  Top off with Ginger Ale.

1/2 tsp powdered Sugar

1/2 oz Lime juice

dash Grenadine

Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.  Garnish with a twist of orange.

1 oz Cointreau
dash Rose's Lime juice

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Stir and strain into shot glasses.

Tonic Water

Fill a  highball glass with ice and add the Gin, juice and Bitters.  Stir and top off with the Tonic Water.  Stir again and serve.

Fill a Collins glass with ice.  Add the Scotch and Lime juice.  Stir and fill with the Ginger Ale.  Stir again and garnish with a slice of Lemon.

dash Triple Sec

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Pour into a highball glass.  Garnish with a stick of Celery with leaves.

1/4 oz Lime Juice (Roses' or fresh squeezed)

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Strain into a chilled rocks glass.  Add ice.  Garnish a slice of Lime.

1 1/2 oz blended Whiskey

3/4 oz Benedictine

1 tsp Lime juice

1 tsp Lemon juice

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and strain into a sour glass.  Garnish with an Orange slice and serve.
