Ingredients:

2 oz Cognac

1/2 oz Lemon juice

1 tsp Sugar syrup

1/2 Egg white

2-3 dashes Grenadine

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add all the ingredients.  Shake and strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.

1 1/2 oz dry Vermouth

3 drops Orgeat syrup

3 drops Grenadine

1 Egg white

Fill a  mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.

1 oz gold Rum

1/2 oz dark Rum

1 1/2 oz Cranberry juice

1/2 oz Lime juice

1 tsp Sugar

1/2 Egg White

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and pour into a Rocks glass.

1 tsp heavy Cream

1 Egg White

3-4 dashes Grenadine

2 oz Brandy
1 oz Kahlua
1/2 egg white

Fill a mixing glass with ice, add the ingredients and shake firmly.  Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Gloom Lifter

2 oz blended Whiskey

1/2 oz Lemon juice

1/4 oz sugar syrup

1/2 Egg White

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the ingredients and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Pear Tequila Supreme

1 1/2 oz white Tequila
1 oz Triple Sec
1/4 cup undiluted frozen Limeade concentrate
3/4 cup fresh Bartlett Pears, pared, cored and diced
1/2 Egg white

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.  Pour into goblets and serve.

NOTE:  This will make 2 servings

Club Soda

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the Gin, sour mix and Egg white.  Shake and strain into a chilled collins glass.  Fill with Club Soda.

Ruby Fizz

2 oz Sloe Gin
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Grenadine
1 Egg white
Club Soda

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Set aside the Club Soda and add the other ingredients to the mixer and shake.  Strain into a chilled highball glass.  Add ice and fill with Club Soda.

Ramos Fizz

1 oz Gin
1/2 oz Cream
1 1/2 oz sour mix
2 dashes of Orange  juice
1 Egg white
Club Soda

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the cream, sour mix, OJ and egg white and shake.  Strain into a chilled collins glass.  Fill with Club Soda.  Do not stir before serving

Hawaiian Eye

1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Kahlua
1 oz heavy Cream
1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Banana Liqueur
1 tsp Pernod
1 Egg white

In a blender, combine 3 oz cracked ice with all the ingredients.  Blend a high speed for 15 seconds.  Pour straight into a chilled highball glass.  Garnish with a Cherry and Pineapple slice.
