Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz blended Whiskey

2 tsp Lemon juice

1/4 oz Raspberry syrup

Club Soda (optional)

dash of yellow Chartreuse or Grand Marnier or Curacao (your choice)

Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice.  Add the Whiskey, juice and syrup.  Shake and pour into a Highball glass.  Top off with Club Soda (if you wish) and float that dash of Chartreuse (or Grand Marnier or Curacao) on top.  Do not stir.

1 1/2 oz Gin

1/2 oz Grand Marnier

1/2 oz sweet Vermouth

1 tsp Lemon juice

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients. Stir thoroughly and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

HIGH ROLLER

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Grand Marnier
4 oz Orange juice
a few drops Grenadine

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the Vodka, Grand Marnier and Orange Juice.  Shake and strain into a Rocks glass.  Add ice and a few drops of the Grenadine on top.

Ingredients:

1 oz Apple Brandy

1/2 oz Cognac

1/2 oz Grand Marnier

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and stir.  Strain into a Rocks Glass.  Garnish with twist of Lemon.

1 oz Curacao

1/2 oz Lemon juice

1 tsp Grenadine

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the ingredients and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

1/2 oz Absolut Vodka

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients. Shake well and strain into a chilled Martini glass.

1/2 oz Grand Mariner

1/2 oz Tequila

1/2 oz Baileys

Pour the Grand Mariner into a shot glass. Float the tequila on top of the Grand Mariner. Top with the Irish cream liqueur.

1/2 oz Grand Marnier

Pour the Kahlua into a shot glass.  Pour over with the Irish Cream.  Float the Grand Marnier on top of the Irish Cream. Do not stir before serving.

1/2 oz Grand Marnier
1 oz sour mix
1 Egg
Club Soda

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the Gin, Grand Marnier, sour mix and Egg.  Shake and strain into a chilled sour glass.  Fill with Club Soda and garnish with a slice of Lemon.

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Stain into a rocks glass filled with cracked ice.

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the ingredients and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of Lemon.

Pour all of the liqueurs into a Coffee mug or a hot drink Glass. Top off with the hot Coffee and whipped Cream before serving.
