Whiskey Highball

Ingredients:

1 oz Whiskey

Club Soda or Ginger Ale

Fill a Highball glass with ice and add the Whiskey.  Fill with the Club Soda or Ginger Ale (drinker's choice).  Stir gently.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz blended Whiskey

2 tsp Lemon juice

1/4 oz Raspberry syrup

Club Soda (optional)

dash of yellow Chartreuse or Grand Marnier or Curacao (your choice)

Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice.  Add the Whiskey, juice and syrup.  Shake and pour into a Highball glass.  Top off with Club Soda (if you wish) and float that dash of Chartreuse (or Grand Marnier or Curacao) on top.  Do not stir.

Whiskey and Water

Whiskey and Water

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Whiskey

Water

Although this drink should seem self evident, I decided to include it anyways.  The right ratio of Whiskey to water is important and may I suggest you use Distilled or Purified water?  Anyways, to make it you simply add the Whiskey to a highball glass full of ice and top off with the Water.  Stir and serve. (Note:  do not use a larger glass or the drink will seem "watered down".)

Ingredients:

3 oz light Rum

4 oz Grapefruit juice

Fill a highball glass with ice.  Pour in the ingredients and stir.
