Ingredients:

1 oz Gin
1 oz Sloe Gin
1 oz dry Vermouth
dash Orange bitters
1/2 tsp sugar

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

3/4oz Cointreau
1 tsp  Anisette

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and stir.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Sloe Gin Fizz

1 oz Sloe Gin
2 oz sour mix
Club Soda

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the Sloe Gin and the sour mix.  Shake and strain into a chilled collins glass.  Fill with the Club Soda and garnish with a Cherry.

Ruby Fizz

2 oz Sloe Gin
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Grenadine
1 Egg white
Club Soda

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Set aside the Club Soda and add the other ingredients to the mixer and shake.  Strain into a chilled highball glass.  Add ice and fill with Club Soda.

Lemonade Fizz

1 1/2 oz Sloe Gin
1 1/2 oz Sherry
2 oz Lemon juice
1 oz sugar syrup
Club Soda

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the first 4 ingredients and shake.  Pour into a highball glass and top off with Club Soda.  Garnish with a slice of Lemon.

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and stir.  Do not shake.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a Cherry.

1/2 oz Creme de Banana
1/2 oz Sloe Gin

Pour the green Creme de Menthe into a liqueur glass, shot glass or a Brandy snifter. Float the Creme de Banana. Then float the Sloe Gin on top. DO NOT STIR. Do not add ice.

12 oz light Rum
12 oz dark Rum
6 oz Creme of Coconut
8 oz Sloe Gin
4 oz Peppermint Schnapps
1/2 oz Grenadine
1 qt + 1 pint unsweetened Pineapple juice
8 oz Lemon juice
8 oz chilled club soda

Put a large block of ice into a large punch bowl. Pour over with each of the ingredients except the club soda. Stir and garnish with thin slices of either Pineapples or Oranges. Refrigerate for one hour. Just before serving, pour over with the club soda and stir gently.

1 oz Gin
3-4 dashes Grenadine
1 Maraschino Cherry

Put the Cherry into a rocks glass.  Cover the Cherry with the Grenadine. Add ice to a mixing glass and pour in the Gin and Sloe Gin together.  Shake firmly  and strain into the rocks glass, over the Cherry.  Do not stir or shake.  The Gins should float above the Grenadine and not mix with it.

Spiced Sloe Gin

Spiced Sloe Gin

2 Lbs of Sloes
1/4 cup of crushed Rock Candy
1 thinly sliced Orange
1 thinly sliced Lemon
1 piece of bruised Ginger Root
1-inch Cinnamon Stick
8 Cloves
1 bottle of Gin (your favorite brand)

Prick each sloe with a darning needle and then layer the sloes in a wide-mouthed bottle or jug. Layer over the sloes with Rock Candy, fruit and spices. Fill up with Gin to cover it all. Then cork tightly and place in a warm, dark place where you will leave it for 6 months. After 6 months, strain and rebottle for keeping.
