1 oz Pernod

1/2 oz Cointreau

1/2 oz Lemon juice

1 1/2 tsp Sugar syrup

1 Egg

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake firmly and strain into a chilled Sour glass.

Los Angeles Cocktail

Ingredients:

4 oz blended Whiskey
1 oz Lemon juice
2 oz Sugar syrup
4 dashes of sweet Vermouth
1 Egg

Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice.  Add the ingredients and shake firmly.  Pour into two chilled Rocks glasses.  (Serves two)

1/4 oz sugar syrup

1/2 Egg White

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the ingredients and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

4 oz Orange juice

1 Egg

In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend at medium speed for about 15 seconds. Add 4 or 5 ice cubes to a rocks glass. Pour the blender mix over the ice cubes and serve.

1 oz sour mix

Club Soda

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the Gin, Grand Marnier, sour mix and Egg.  Shake and strain into a chilled sour glass.  Fill with Club Soda and garnish with a slice of Lemon.

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the Gin, sour mix and Egg.  Shake and strain into a chilled collins glass.  Fill with the Club Soda.

2 dashes of Orange  juice
1 Egg white
Club Soda

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the cream, sour mix, OJ and egg white and shake.  Strain into a chilled collins glass.  Fill with Club Soda.  Do not stir before serving

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the first 3 ingredients and shake.  Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.  Top with the Club Soda.

Fill a mixing glsas with ice and add all the ingredients.  Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

3 tbs powdered Sugar
1 Egg
powdered Nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake firmly and strain into a mug. Sprinkle with Nutmeg if desired.

Separate the Egg; beat the white and the yolk separately. Fold together and combine with Sugar syrup in a heat proof Mug. Slowly add the Dark Rum and Brandy. Beat the mixture thoroughly. Fill with the hot Milk or hot Water and garnish with ground Nutmeg before serving.

1 tsp powdered sugar
1 cup Milk

In a blender, combine 3oz crushed ice with the Sherry, Egg, sugar and milk. Blend. Pour into a chilled goblet and garnish with a pinch of Nutmeg.
