Ingredients:

3/4 oz white Rum

3/4 oz Cinnamon Schnapps

2 dashes Tabasco sauce

Pour the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a shot glass.

1 1/2 oz Guervo gold Tequila, chilled
dash of Tabasco sauce

Fill a shot glass or tooter with the chilled Tequila. Top off with a dash of Tabasco.

1 oz chilled Vodka
2 dashes Tabasco
draft Beer

Chill a large Beer mug or stein.  Combine all the ingredients in the mug.  Stir gently.

1 1/2 oz Vodka
3 oz Clam juice
3 oz Tomato juice
dash Tabasco sauce
dash Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper (to taste)

Fill a highball glass with ice and then add in each of these ingredients. Stir firmly and garnish with a slice of Lime.
