Fill a Rocks glass with ice and add these ingredients.  Stir and garnish with a twist of Lemon

3/4 oz Lemon juice

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Stir well and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.  No garnish

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Stir thoroughly and strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.  Garnish with a twist of Lemon.

several chunks of Pineapple (fresh or canned)

1 1/2 oz Gin

3/4 oz sweet Vermouth

In a mixing glass, muddle the Pineapple chunks.  Once crushed, add ice and the Gin and Vermouth.  Stir well but don't shake.  Strain into a Rocks glass filled with ice.
