Ingredients:

1/4 oz dry Vermouth

1 1/2 oz Scotch

Fill a Rocks glass with ice.  Pour in Vermouth, top with Scotch and stir.  Garnish with an olive.

- Straight Up Version:

Mix Scotch and Vermouth in a mixing glass and strain into a Martini glass.  No garnish

1 12 oz Scotch

Fill a Rocks glass with ice and add these ingredients.  Stir and garnish with a twist of Lemon

Fill a Collins glass with crushed ice.  Add the ingredients and stir.  Garnish with fresh fruit or herbs (pictured with mint)

Ginger Ale

Fill a Collins glass with ice.  Add the Scotch and Lime juice.  Stir and fill with the Ginger Ale.  Stir again and garnish with a slice of Lemon.

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Pour the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a shot glass. Squeeze the lemon twist over the shot the hang it on the rim as a garnish.
