Wyoming Swing Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 oz sweet Vermouth

1 oz dry  Vermouth

1 Tsp powdered Sugar

2 oz freshly squeezed Orange juice

1/2 tsp Sugar syrup

Half-fill a mixing glass with cracked ice.  Add all the ingredients and shake.  Pour into a Highball glass and top off with more ice.

Ingredients:

2 oz Scotch Whiskey

1 oz Lemon juice

1 tsp powdered Sugar

Fill a Collins glass with crushed ice.  Add the ingredients and stir.  Garnish with fresh fruit or herbs (pictured with mint)

New York Cocktail

New York Cocktail

Ingredients:

1/1/2 oz Whiskey

1/2 tsp powdered Sugar

1/2 oz Lime juice

dash Grenadine

Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.  Garnish with a twist of orange.

1 1/2 oz Gin
2 dashes Pernod
2 dashes Orange bitters
1 tsp powdered Sugar

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
