Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Vodka
1 1/2 oz Kahlua
Cream

Fill a Rocks glass with ice and add the Kahlua and Vodka.  Float the Cream on top.

1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Creme de Cacao
2 oz Cream

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and strain into a chilled stemmed glass.

1 oz Tequila
3/4 oz Kahlua
Cream

Fill a Rocks glass with ice and add in the Tequila and Kahlua.  Top off with Cream and stir gently.

1 oz Triple Sec
1 oz heavy Cream

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.

2 oz Cream

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.

1 tsp heavy Cream
1 Egg White
3-4 dashes Grenadine

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Amaretto
2 oz heavy Cream of Half n Half
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 fresh Peach, pitted and pared

Fill a blender with 3 oz cracked ice and add all the ingredients.  Blend until smooth and pour into a goblet.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Peach Brandy
1/2 oz white Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz heavy Cream

Fill a blender with 4 oz of cracked ice.  Add the ingredients and blend until smooth at medium speed.  Pour into a rocks glass and garnish with a slice of Peach.

Melon Colada

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz light Rum
1/2 oz Midori 
1 oz Cream of Coconut
3 oz Pineapple juice
splash of Cream
1/2 oz dark Rum (optional)

Fill a blender with 3 oz crushed ice and the ingredients.  Blend at medium speed for approx. 15 seconds or until smooth & creamy.  Pour into a goblet or large Wine glass.  Garnish with a Pineapple spear.

Interplanetary Punch

Interplanetary Punch





Ingredients:

24 oz light Rum
4 oz dark Rum
8 oz Peppermint Schnapps
1 quart Mango nectar
12 oz cream
1 quart Orange juice
8 Mint sprigs
1 fresh Mango, cut into pieces
1 small Orange, thinly sliced

Combine both Rums, the Schnapps, Mango nectar, cream and OJ in a large punch bowl.  Stir well.  Add a block of ice.  Float the Mint sprigs, Mango chunks and Orange slices on top.  For best results, refrigerate for an hour or more before serving.

3/4 oz Cherry Liqueur
1 tsp Triple Sec
1 oz Cream

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
