Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the ingredients and stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Consider using small bamboo shoots as straws for this drink.
6 oz Maraschino liqueur 6 oz Brandy 1 tsp Orange Bitters 2 Oranges 1 Lemon 4 fifths of Brut Champagne, iced
Slice the oranges and the lemons into thin slices. Place the sliced fruit, Maraschino liqueur, Brandy and Orange Bitters into a punch bowl. Refrigerate the mix for one hour. When ready to serve, add a block of ice to the punch bowl and stir it all together. Pour in the Champagne. Stir gently before setting out
1 Maraschino Cherry 1 piece of Orange 1 cube Sugar 2 dashes bitters dash of Club Soda 1 oz Bourbon
In a rocks glass, place all the ingredients except the Bourbon. Mash up with a muddler or the back of a small spoon. Fill the glass with ice. Pour over with Bourbon. Garnish with a Cherry or Orange slice.
