Ingredients:

2 oz Brandy
1 oz Kahlua
1/2 egg white

Fill a mixing glass with ice, add the ingredients and shake firmly.  Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

3 dashes Blackberry Brandy

2 dashes Orange Bitters

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the ingredients and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass

3/4 oz Blackberry Brandy

3/4 oz dry Sherry

1/2 oz Triple Sec

1/4 oz cream

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the ingredients and shake. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Dark Eyes

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Vodka

1/4 oz Blackberry Brandy

2 tsp Lime juice

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the ingredients and shake. Strain into a rocks glass and add ice before serving.

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Tequila Sunset

1 1/2 oz Tequila
2-3 dashes Lime juice
Orange juice
1/2 oz Blackberry Brandy

Fill a highball glass with ice.  Add the Tequila and Lime juice.  Fill with the OJ and stir.  Pour Blackberry Brandy down a spoon into the glass, allowing it to rise from the bottom.  DO NOT STIR

1 oz Anisette
1 oz Blackberry Brandy

Pour the Anisette and Brandy into a cordial glass or rocks glass.  Stir and add ice, if desired.

Resurrection

1 oz Anjeo Rum
1 oz Blackberry Brandy
1 oz yellow Chartreuse
1/2 oz Midori


Fill a blender with 2 oz cracked ice.  Add the Rum and Brandy.  Blend until chunky and pour into a cocktail glass.  Rinse the blender and add the Midori with a few ice cubes.  Blend until smooth and pour over the Rum and Brandy mix.  Layer over gently with the Chartreuse.  Do not stir.  Garnish with a Lemon slice along the rim to look like the Sun.

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients. Shake a strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a Pineapple spear.

1 oz Blackberry Brandy
1/2 oz Brandy
1 Tbsp Blackberry Jelly
1/2 oz water
1/2 tsp Lemon juice

Heat the Blackberry Brandy, Brandy and Blackberry Jelly with the water and Lemon juice in a small saucepan. DO NOT BOIL. Stir well until the jelly is completely dissolved. Pour into a demitasse cup and garnish with a slice of Lemon.
