Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Pernod

1/2 oz Anisette

3 dashes Angustora Bitters

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add ingredients and shake.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

2 tsp Anisette

1 Tbsp Orange juice

2 Tsp Lemon juice

Fukk a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass.  Garnish with a slice of Orange

2 oz Canadian Whiskey
2 dashes Pernod
2 dashes Angustora Bitters
2 dashes Anisette

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake firmly and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the ingredients and stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass with 2 or 3 ice cubes.

Fill a mixing glas with ice and add the ingredients. Stir and strain into a cocktail glass.

1 oz Blackberry Brandy

Pour the Anisette and Brandy into a cordial glass or rocks glass.  Stir and add ice, if desired.

Pour Ouzo and Anisette into a Brandy snifter or liqueur glass and swirl.

Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice. Add the ingredients and shake. Pour into a chilled rocks glass and garnish with a twist of Lemon.

Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add the ingredients and stir. Garnish with a twist of Lemon.

1 1/2 oz Anisette
1 1/2 oz Cognac
1/2 oz Amaretto
hot Coffee
1 tsp Honey
whipped Cream

Pour the Anisette, Cognac and Amaretto into a Coffee mug or large Coffee cup.  Add hot Coffee so that the mug is 3/4 of the way filled.  Dollop the Honey on top so that it floats at the surface of the drink.  Stir gently in a swirl and add whipped Cream at the top.
