Ingredients:

1 oz Sambuca
1 oz Chambord


Pour the Sambuca and Chambord into a Brandy Snifter.  Swirl and serve.

Ingredients:

3/4 oz Chambord

3 oz sparkling water or club soda

a few drops fresh squeezed Lemon juice

Fill a wineglass with ice.  Add the Chambord.  Top off with the sparkling water and then squeeze in the Lemon juice.  Garnish with a slice of Lemon and a slice of Orange.

1 oz Vodka

1/2 oz Chambord

2 oz sour mix

1 oz Cranberry juice cocktail

7-Up

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the Vodka, sour mix, Chambord and Cranbery juice. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top off with the 7-Up.

Raspberry Smash

1 oz Absolut Vodka
1/2 oz Chambord
2 oz Pineapple juice

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

1 oz Rose's Lime juice
dash Chambord

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients. Stir and strain into shot glasses or tooters.

Chambord Daquiri

3/4 oz Chambord
3/4 oz light Rum
juice of 1/2 Lime
1 tsp powdered sugar
3 or 4 black Raspberries (optional)

In a blender, combine 1 cup crushed ice with the Chambord, Rum, Lime juice and powdered Sugar. Toss in the Raspberries (if you choose to add them). Blend until smooth and pour into a Champagne glass.

1 1/2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Chambord
1/2 oz Lemon juice
3 oz Pineapple juice

Fill a mixing glass with ice, add in all the ingredients and shake. Strain into a Collins glass and add back fresh ice.
