Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz gold Rum

1/2 oz Pineapple juice

1/2 oz Lime juice

2-3 drops green Chartreuse

2-3 drops white Creme de Cacao

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake well and strain into a Rocks glass filled with ice.

1/2 oz dark Rum

1 1/2 oz Cranberry juice

1/2 oz Lime juice

1 tsp Sugar

1/2 Egg White

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and pour into a Rocks glass.

2 tsp superfine sugar
6 Mint leaves

Crush mint in the bottom of a collins glass. Pour in the Rum, Lime juice and sugar. Add ice, stir and top with Club Soda.

1 dash Pernod

1 oz gold Rum
1 1/2 oz creme of Coconut
2 oz Pineapple juice

Fill a blender with 3 oz cracked ice. Add Amaretto, Rum, creme of Coconut and Pineapple juice. Blend at slow speed for about 15 seconds, or until smooth. Pour into a chilled Collins glass and garnish with a slice of Pineapple.

A Yard of Flannel

1 quart Ale
4 oz gold Rum
3 oz superfine granulated Sugar
4 Eggs
1/2 tsp grated Nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon

Warm the Ale (be careful not to boil it) in a large saucepan over low heat.  In a separate bowl, combine the other ingredients and beat well.  Pour the beaten mixture into a heat resistant pitcher (glass is best).  Add the  Ale slowly, stirring constantly.  Stir firmly until the mix is creamy.  Pour into heated mugs.

1 1/2 oz dark Rum
2 oz sour mix
2 oz Pineapple juice
2 1/2 oz Orange juice
dash Grenadine

Put the dash of Grenadine in the bottom of a collins or hurricane glass. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the rest of the ingredients. Shake well and then pour into the glass. Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.
