Ingredients:

1 oz Aquavit
1/2 oz Peter Heering or other Cherry Brandy
1/2 oz Cranberry juice cocktail
1 dash Orange Bitters

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.  Garnish with a twist of orange rind.

1 oz  Brandy
1/2 oz Aquavit
1 oz OJ
1/2 oz Lime juice
1 tsp Grenadine

Fill the mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Danish Mary

Ingredients:

1 oz Aquavit

Bloody Mary mix

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the Aquavit and Bloody Mary mix. Stir and garnish with a lime slice.

Aalborg Sour

2 oz Aalborg Akvavit or comparable Aquavit
1 oz sour mix

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Strain into a cocktail glass and add back ice if you wish.

Tivoli

1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Aquavit
1/2 oz sweet Vermouth
3-4 drops Campari

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

1 oz Gin
1 oz dry Vermouth
2 dashes Aquavit

Drop several ice cubes into a mixing glass. Add the ingredients and shake. Drop a couple of ice cubes into a rocks glass and then strain the mix into the rocks glass.
