1 oz Apple Brandy
1/2 oz Benedictine
1/2 oz yellow Chartreuse
dash Angustora Bitters

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.

1 1/2 oz Gin
1 Tbs Apricot Brandy
1/2 oz Lime juice
2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.

1 1/2 oz Peach Brandy
1/2 oz white Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz heavy Cream

Fill a blender with 4 oz of cracked ice.  Add the ingredients and blend until smooth at medium speed.  Pour into a rocks glass and garnish with a slice of Peach.

2 oz OJ
chilled Champagne

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the Brandy and OJ.  Shake and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.  Top off with Champagne and garnish with a slice of Peach

1 1/4 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Peach Brandy
1/2 oz Lemon juice
Ginger Ale


Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice and add the Vodka, Brandy and Lemon juice.  Shake firmly and pour into a highball glass.  Top off with Ginger Ale.
