Whiskey Daisy

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz blended Whiskey

2 tsp Lemon juice

1/4 oz Raspberry syrup

Club Soda (optional)

dash of yellow Chartreuse or Grand Marnier or Curacao (your choice)

Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice.  Add the Whiskey, juice and syrup.  Shake and pour into a Highball glass.  Top off with Club Soda (if you wish) and float that dash of Chartreuse (or Grand Marnier or Curacao) on top.  Do not stir.

Ingredients:

1 oz Brandy

3/4 oz light Rum

1/2 oz Lemon juice

1/2 oz Raspberry syrup

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.  Garnish with a twist of Lemon
