3/4 oz Gin
3/4 oz dry Vermouth
3/4 oz sweet Vermouth
3/4 oz Triple Sec
3 dashes Pernod

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.

3 dashes Angustora Bitters

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add ingredients and shake.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

1/2 oz Water
3 dashes Sugar syrup
3 dashes Angustora Bitters

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

1 oz Pernod
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp Sugar syrup
1 Egg

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

3 dashes dark Rum
3 dashes Pernod
3 dashes Lemon juice
3 dashs Orange bitters

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and pour into a Rocks glass.  Garnish with a Cherry or other red berries.

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp Pernod
1 tbsp Cognac
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp Curacao
chilled pink Sparkling Wine

Add the Pernod to a large wineglass. Turn the glass around so that the Pernod coats the sides. Add the Cognac. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and Curacao, allowing the sugar to dissolve. Pour this into the wineglass. Stir. Add 3 or 4 ice cubes. Fill with the pink Sparkling Wine.

3/4 oz Grenadine
Club Soda

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the Pernod and Grenadine and shake.  Pour into a highball glass filled with ice.  Top off with Club Soda.  Do not stir and serve.
