Ingredients:

1 oz Rye

1/4 oz Sweet Vermouth

1/4 oz Cointreau

1/2 oz Lime juice

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients, shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Rye Whiskey
1/2 oz Cherry Brandy

Fill a rocks glass with ice.  Add the Rye and Cherry Brandy and stir.  Garnish with a cherry.

1 1/2 oz Rye Whiskey

1/2 oz Benedictine

3 - 4 dashes Angustora Bitters

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake. Pour into a chilled Cocktail glass.

1/2 oz dark Creme de Cacao

2 dashes Orange Bitters

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Granish with a twist of Lemon

1 1/2 oz Canadian or Rye Whiskey

1 1/2 oz Dubonnet

3 dashes Cointreau

dash Angostura Bitters

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the ingredients and stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Sharky Punch

Sharky Punch (single serving)

1 1/2 oz Apple Brandy
1/2 oz Rye Whiskey
1 tsp sugar syrup
Club soda

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add all the ingredients except the club soda. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top off with club soda and serve.
