PEACH TREAT

PEACH TREAT



Ingredients:

1 oz Peach Brandy
2 oz OJ
chilled Champagne

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the Brandy and OJ.  Shake and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.  Top off with Champagne and garnish with a slice of Peach

2 1/2 oz Cognac
chilled Brut Champagne

Put several ice cubes into a Wine glass.  Add Cognac.  Top off with the chilled Champagne.

French Lift


Ingredients:

3 oz chilled dry, sparkling Wine
1/2 oz Grenadine
2 oz Perrier
3 or 4 fresh Blueberries

Fill a chilled Champagne glass halfway with the sparkling Wine.  Add the Grenadine.  Top off with the Perrier.  Drop the Blueberries into the drink and serve.

4 oz chilled Champagne
2 oz Cranberry juice cocktail

Pour the chilled Champagne into a champagne flute or tulip glass. Add the Cranberry juice and serve.

Ingredients:

1 fresh Peach
Brut Champagne

Puree the fresh Peach in a blender. Pour the blended Peach into a Champagne glass. Add ice cold Champagne and serve.

Frozen Bikini

2 oz Vodka
1 oz Peach Schnapps
3 oz Peach Nectar
2 oz Orange juice
splash fresh Lemon juice
1 oz chilled Champagne

In a blender, combine all the ingredients except the Champagne.  Add 4 oz of crushed ice and blend until smooth.  Pour into a 12 or 16 oz Goblet and top off with the Champagne.

1 1/2 oz Champagne
2 oz Peach Schnapps
2 oz Orange juice
1/2 oz Roses' Lime juice

In a blender, combine all the ingredients with 3 oz of crushed ice.  Blend until creamy and pour into a goblet.

Mimosa

3 oz Orange juice
3 oz chilled Champagne
dash Cointreau or Triple Sec

Pour the OJ into a large, chilled wineglass.  Fill with the chilled Champagne.  Top with the dash of Cointreau or Triple Sec, your choice.  Stir gently before serving.

1 1/2 oz Cognac
1/2 oz sugar syrup
juice of 1/2 Lemon
Brut Champagne

Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice. Add the Cognac, sugar and Lemon. Shake and pour into a highball glass. Top off with the Champagne. Garnish with a Lemon twist.

2 oz Apricot Brandy

2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
chilled Champagne

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the Brandy, OJ and the bitters. Shake and strain into a chilled Goblet or Tulip glass. Fill with the chilled Champagne.


Tintoretto

1/2 oz Pear puree
chilled Champagne
dash of Pear Brandy

If you cannot find pureed Pears in a can or bottle then use a single Pear in a blender and puree it. Once pureed, add 1/2 oz of the puree to a Champagne glass. Fill with chilled Champagne. Top off with a dash of Pear Brandy. DO NOT STIR.

Pour the Cognac into a Champagne glass. Add the Orange juice. Stir gently and top off with Champagne.

2 oz Cognac
1 oz chilled Pineapple juice
Champagne

Combine Cognac and chilled Pineapple juice in a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a Champagne flute filled with cracked ice. Fill with the Champagne.



London Special

1 sugar cube
1 large Orange twist
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Champagne

In a chilled Champagne flute, place the large twist of Orange, sugar cube and the Angostura Bitters. Pour over with Champagne and stir.

3 oz chilled Champagne
3 oz chilled Orange juice
1/2 oz Vodka

Pour all the ingredients into a tall Wineglass and stir gently.

3 oz Peach juice
3 oz chilled Champagne
dash Peach Schnapps

Pour the Peach juice into a large chilled Wineglass. Fill with the chilled Champagne and then top of with a dash of Schnapps. Stir gently before serving.



Prince of Wales

1 oz Madeira
1 oz Brandy
3-4 drops Curacao
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
chilled Champagne

Fill a mixing glass with ice and then add the Madeira, Brandy, Curaco and Bitters. Shake and strain into a chilled Champagne flute. Fill with the Champagne and garnish with a slice of Orange.

1 1/2 oz Brandy
1 dash Curacao
1 dash Angostura Bitters
cold Brut Champagne
Lemon wedge
superfine granulated Sugar

Rub the rim of a goblet or large wineglass with the Lemon wedge. Roll the rim of the glass in a dish full of the superfine Sugar until the rim is coated evenly all around. Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice. Add the Brandy, Curacao and Bitters to the mixing glass. Shake firmly and pour into the goblet or wineglass. Top off with Champagne.

Chambord Royale Spritzer

1 1/2 oz Chambord
chilled Champagne
Club Soda

Pour Chambord into a Wineglass. Add a splash of the Champagne and top off with the Club Soda.
