French 75



1 1/2 oz Cognac
1/2 oz sugar syrup
juice of 1/2 Lemon
Brut Champagne

Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice. Add the Cognac, sugar and Lemon. Shake and pour into a highball glass. Top off with the Champagne. Garnish with a Lemon twist.
