Java Cooler 

Ingredients:

1 oz Gin
1/2 oz Lime  juice
3 dashes Bitters
Tonic Water

Fill a  highball glass with ice and add the Gin, juice and Bitters.  Stir and top off with the Tonic Water.  Stir again and serve.

MARMALADE

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Curacao
Tonic Water

Fill a Highball glass with ice.  Add the Curacao and top off with Tonic Water.  Stir gently and garnish with a slice of Orange.

LEPRECHAUN

Ingredients:

2 oz Irish Whiskey

tonic water

Fill a rocks glass with ice.  Add the Irish Whiskey.  Pour over with the tonic water to fill.  Stir and garnish with a twist of Lemon.

MIND ERASER

Ingredients:

3/4 oz Kahlua

1 1/4 oz Vodka

1 oz Tonic Water

Fill a Rocks glass with ice and add the Kahlua and Vodka.  Top off with the Tonic Water and stir gently.  Drink through a straw in one shot.

2 oz Gin

Tonic water

Fill a highball glass with ice.  Add the Gin and then top off with the Tonic water.  Stir and garnish with a Lime wedge.

Garden Gin and Tonic

Ingredients:

3 oz Gin

4 oz Tonic water

1/2 oz fresh squeezed Lime juice

3 sprigs of fresh Mint

2 slices of Cucumber

Hand cut Cucumber wheel

Muddle one slice of the Cucumber with two sprigs fresh Mint in a glass, then fill with ice. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Garnish with a Cucumber wheel (slice of Cucumber with "spokes" cut out like a wheel).

1 1/2 oz Tequila
1 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Almond flavored syrup
Tonic Water
Grenadine

Pour the Tequila, Lime juice and syrup into a Collins Glass. Stir well. Fill with Tonic Water. Add a dash of Grenadine to top off. Garnish with a Lime slice.

2 1/2 oz light Rum
1 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Grenadine
2-3 oz Tonic water

Fill a highball glass with ice and add the Rum, Lime juice and Grenadine. Stir thoroughly. Add the Tonic water and then stir again, gently.

4 oz Tonic Water

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the Vodka and Lime juice first. Pour over the Tonic water and DO NOT stir. Garnish with a slice of Lime.
