Irish Whiskey Cocktail

Ingredients:

2 oz Irish Whiskey

1/2 tsp Triple Sec

1/2 tsp Anise

1/2 tsp Maraschino Liqueur

dash Angostura Bitters

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.  Garnish with an olive.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey

6 ox Club Soda

Fill a highball glass with ice.  Add the whiskey and soda.  Stir gently and serve.

2 dashes Pernod

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and stir.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of Lemon.

2 oz Irish Whiskey

1 1/2 oz Sherry

1 oz Orgeat syrup

1 1/2 oz Lemon juice

1 oz club soda

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the first four ingredients and shake.  Strain into a highball glass.  Add ice and top off with club soda.  Garnish with a slice of Lemon

tonic water

Fill a rocks glass with ice.  Add the Irish Whiskey.  Pour over with the tonic water to fill.  Stir and garnish with a twist of Lemon.

1/2 oz Lemon juice

1/2 tsp sugar syrup

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add all of the ingredients.  shake and strain into a Rocks glass filled with ice.  Garnish with a slice of Lemon

Fill a Collins glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and stir well.  Garnish with a cherry or an Orange slice.

hot Coffee

Pour the Whiskey into a Coffee mug or Dessert Glass.  Fill with the hot Coffee and top of with whipped Cream, if you like

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the Irish Whiskey and stir. Top off with the seltzer water and garnish with a slice of orange.

1/2 oz Lime juice

Club Soda

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the Whiskey, Grenadine and Lime juice and stir well. Fill with Club Soda and do not stir again before serving.

3 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
1 oz green Creme de Menthe
1 oz Irish Whiskey
1 oz Club Soda

In a blender combine the Ice Cream, Creme de Menthe and Whiskey. Blend until smooth and then pour into a chilled highball glass. Add the Club Soda and stir gently.
