Strawberry Shortcake

2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
1 oz Creme de Noyaux
1/2 oz Creme de Cacao
6 whole Strawberries, stems removed
whipped Cream
1 tsp Strawberry Liqueur

Combine the Ice Cream, Creme de Noyaux, Creme de Cacao and 5 of the 6 Strawberries in a blender.  Blend until smooth.  Pour into a large goblet.  Top with the whipped Cream and drizzle the Strawberry Liqueur on top.  Garnish with the remaining Strawberry.

2 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Maraschino Liqueur
2 dashes dry white Wine
1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  Pour into a goblet and serve.

1 oz Gin
1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
2-3 drops dry Sherry

Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend at slow speed until smooth.  Pour into a highball glass and serve.

Brandy Ice

1 1/2 oz Brandy
1/2 oz white Creme de Cacao
2 scoops of French Vanilla Ice Cream
2 oz shaved ice
1 small block of sweet Chocolate, shaved

Combine all the ingredients in a blender.  Blend until smooth and pour into a large Brandy snifter.  Garnish with shaved sweet Chocolate.

Coco Toastie

1 oz light Rum
1/2 oz Malibu Liquor
3 oz Vanilla Ice Cream
2 tbsp whipping Cream
shredded Coconut, lightly toasted

In a blender combine everything except the shredded Coconut.  Blend until creamy and smooth.  Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with the Coconut.

Caramel Nut

1 oz white Creme de Cacao
1 oz Caramel Liqueur
5 oz soft Vanilla Ice Cream
whipped Cream
chopped Nuts

In a blender combine the Cacao, Caramel and Ice Cream.  Blend at medium speed until creamy and smooth.  Pour into a large goblet or wineglass.  Top off with whipped Cream and Nuts.

Emerald Isle Cooler

3 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
1 oz green Creme de Menthe
1 oz Irish Whiskey
1 oz Club Soda

In a blender combine the Ice Cream, Creme de Menthe and Whiskey. Blend until smooth and then pour into a chilled highball glass. Add the Club Soda and stir gently.

Raspberry Cranberry Punch- Non Alcoholic

12 oz can frozen Raspberry-Cranberry juice cocktail (concentrated)
36 oz water
1 33oz bottle of 7 Up
Raspberry Sherbet

Combine all the ingredients except the Sherbet in a large punch bowl. Add ice and serve up in big punch glasses. Add a scoop of Raspberry Sherbet to each glass.

Rainbow Sherbet Punch- Non Alcoholic

Rainbow Sherbet Punch- NA

8 oz Orange juice
8 oz Pineapple juice
8 oz Hawaiian Punch (or similar mix)
1 qt rainbow colored Sherbet
1 bottle club soda
1 bottle Ginger ale

Combine the juices together in a punch bowl. Add cubed or crushed ice. Just before serving, top off with club soda and scoops of the rainbow Sherbet. Serve right away.

1/2 oz Milk (optional)

In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend at medium speed until smooth. Pour into a goblet or a long stemmed wine glass. Garnish with chopped or crushed Almonds.
