Emerald Isle Cooler

Emerald Isle Cooler


3 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
1 oz green Creme de Menthe
1 oz Irish Whiskey
1 oz Club Soda

In a blender combine the Ice Cream, Creme de Menthe and Whiskey. Blend until smooth and then pour into a chilled highball glass. Add the Club Soda and stir gently.
