Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz blended Whiskey

2 tsp Lemon juice

1/4 oz Raspberry syrup

Club Soda (optional)

dash of yellow Chartreuse or Grand Marnier or Curacao (your choice)

Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice.  Add the Whiskey, juice and syrup.  Shake and pour into a Highball glass.  Top off with Club Soda (if you wish) and float that dash of Chartreuse (or Grand Marnier or Curacao) on top.  Do not stir.

2 oz Apricot Brandy

6 oz Raspberry soda

Fill a collins glass with ice. Add the ingredients and stir. Garnish with an orange slice.

Raspberry Vodka

Raspberry Vodka

1 liter premium Vodka (1000 ml)
2 cups Sugar
1 lb fresh Raspberries

In a container, combine Vodka, Sugar and Raspberries.  Cover tightly.  Store container in a cool, dark place and leave for around 8 weeks or so.  Check it every week, stirring the mix a little each time.  After 8 weeks, strain it through a seive into a glass jar.  Refrigerate or store in the freezer.  Serve neat.

1/2 oz Lemon juice
several drops of Raspberry syrup

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

1/2 oz Cream

Fill mixing glass with ice and add all the ingredients. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Chambord Daquiri

3/4 oz Chambord
3/4 oz light Rum
juice of 1/2 Lime
1 tsp powdered sugar
3 or 4 black Raspberries (optional)

In a blender, combine 1 cup crushed ice with the Chambord, Rum, Lime juice and powdered Sugar. Toss in the Raspberries (if you choose to add them). Blend until smooth and pour into a Champagne glass.

dash Raspberry syrup
1 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
Club Soda

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add everything except the club soda. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Top off with club soda.

2 lbs of Raspberries
1 Vanilla Bean
6 Coriander Seeds
2 1/2 cups of Brandy
--makes 1 bottle--

Steep the fruit and spices in the Brandy for 1 month. Strain, bottle and cork tightly. This can be drunk at once.
