Raspberry Ratifia
2 lbs of Raspberries
1 Vanilla Bean
6 Coriander Seeds
2 1/2 cups of Brandy
--makes 1 bottle--
Steep the fruit and spices in the Brandy for 1 month. Strain, bottle and cork tightly. This can be drunk at once.
