Ingredients:

1 oz Bacardi Black Label Rum

1/2 oz Creme de Banana

hot Coffee

Vanilla-flavored Whipped Cream

Pour the Rum and the Creme de Banana into a coffee mug. Add the hot Coffee. Top off with the Whipped Cream and serve.

1/4 oz Peach Schnapps

1/2 oz Pineapple juice

1 1/2 oz whipped cream

Mix bailey's, peach schnapps and pineapple juice with ice. Pour into a shot glass. Top with whipped cream.

Ingredients:

1/4 oz Bailey's Irish Cream

1/2 oz Amaretto

Whipped Cream

There is a special way to serve this shot. First of all, pour the liqueurs into a shot glass straight away and then top with the whipped cream. The drinker (usually a female) places their hands behind their back and then picks up the filled shot glass with their mouth. They will have to tilt their head back to shoot it down.

Strawberry Shortcake

2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
1 oz Creme de Noyaux
1/2 oz Creme de Cacao
6 whole Strawberries, stems removed
whipped Cream
1 tsp Strawberry Liqueur

Combine the Ice Cream, Creme de Noyaux, Creme de Cacao and 5 of the 6 Strawberries in a blender.  Blend until smooth.  Pour into a large goblet.  Top with the whipped Cream and drizzle the Strawberry Liqueur on top.  Garnish with the remaining Strawberry.

1 oz white Creme de Cacao
1 oz Caramel Liqueur
5 oz soft Vanilla Ice Cream
whipped Cream
chopped Nuts

In a blender combine the Cacao, Caramel and Ice Cream.  Blend at medium speed until creamy and smooth.  Pour into a large goblet or wineglass.  Top off with whipped Cream and Nuts.

3/4 oz Cognac
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp sugar syrup
whipped cream

Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice. Add the Rum, Cognac, extract and sugar. Shake and pour into a goblet or large wineglass. Top off with the whipped cream.

Combine the black Coffee and the hot Chocolate in a large Mug. Top with Whipped Cream. Sprinkle Cinnamon or Nutmeg on top if you like.

1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
1/2 oz dark Creme de Cacao
1 tsp green Creme de Menthe
1 packet instant Hot Chocolate mix
hot Water
whipped Cream

Pour the Peppermint Schnapps and the Creme de Menthe into a Coffee mug. Add the hot Chocolate mix. Stir until dissolved. Fill almost to the top of the mug with hot boiling water. Stir ahdn the top off with the Creme de Menthe and a layer of Whipped Cream.
