Coco Toastie

Coco Toastie

1 oz light Rum
1/2 oz Malibu Liquor
3 oz Vanilla Ice Cream
2 tbsp whipping Cream
shredded Coconut, lightly toasted

In a blender combine everything except the shredded Coconut.  Blend until creamy and smooth.  Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with the Coconut.
