Pink and Tan

1 1/2 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
diet Cola

Fill a highball glass with ice.  Add the Malibu rum and then pour over with the cola.  Stir and serve.

Coco Toastie

1 oz light Rum
1/2 oz Malibu Liquor
3 oz Vanilla Ice Cream
2 tbsp whipping Cream
shredded Coconut, lightly toasted

In a blender combine everything except the shredded Coconut.  Blend until creamy and smooth.  Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with the Coconut.

Hot Coconut Coffee

1 oz Malibu Liqueur
hot Coffee

Pour the Malibu Liqueur into a Coffee mug. Top of with the hot Coffee. Top off with whipped Cream, if you wish.

Malibu Monsoon

1 1/2 oz Bacardi light Rum
3/4 oz Malibu Liqueur
splash Grand Marnier
1 oz Pineapple juice
splash Cranberry juice cocktail
a few drops of Grenadine

Fill a mixing glass with ice add all the ingredients except the Grenadine. Shake firmly and pour into a large goblet or wineglass. Add a few drops of the Grenadine. Do not stir. Garnish with a cherry and a slice of orange.
