Tintoretto

Tintoretto



1/2 oz Pear puree
chilled Champagne
dash of Pear Brandy

If you cannot find pureed Pears in a can or bottle then use a single Pear in a blender and puree it. Once pureed, add 1/2 oz of the puree to a Champagne glass. Fill with chilled Champagne. Top off with a dash of Pear Brandy. DO NOT STIR.
