Valencia




2 oz Apricot Brandy
1 oz Orange juice
2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
chilled Champagne

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the Brandy, OJ and the bitters. Shake and strain into a chilled Goblet or Tulip glass. Fill with the chilled Champagne.
