Ingredients:

1 fresh Peach

Brut Champagne

Puree the fresh Peach in a blender. Pour the blended Peach into a Champagne glass. Add ice cold Champagne and serve.

Ingredients:

1 bottle sparkling Wine

1 tbsp fresh squeezed Lemon juice

1 tsp sugar

2 ripe Peaches, diced and seeded

Blend Peaches, Lemon juice and sugar in a food processor. Press the mixture through a sieve to get rid of any chewy skin pieces. Place two tablespoons of the puree into each Champagne glass and fill with sparkling Wine.

1/2 Peach (pared, pitted and chopped)
1 1/2 oz Half and Half
1 oz Peach Schnapps
1/2 oz white Creme de Cacao

Combine the ingredients with 3 oz of crushed ice in a blender.  Blend until smooth and pour into an 8 oz glass.  Garnish with a slice of fresh Peach.

1 Peach, pared and pitted
1 1/2 oz light Rum
2 oz Coconut Cream
2 oz Milk

Fill a blender with 3 oz crushed ice. Add the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a goblet and garnish with a slice of Peach.

fresh Peaches
iced Brut Champagne
1 tbs Lemon juice
Sugar

Fill a blender with enough Peaches to fill the bottom of a Punch bowl. Puree the Peaches and then add to the Punch bowl, adding more as needed to fill the bottom of the bowl. Add approximately 3 times as much of the Champagne. Add Lemon juice and Sugar to taste (stir in and taste and add more as needed). Stir thoroughly before serving.

1 Peach, pared and pitted
1 1/2 oz light Rum
2 oz Coconut cream
2 oz Milk

Fill a blender with 3 oz of crushed ice. Add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a goblet and garnish with a slice of fresh Peach.

In a blender, puree enough Peaches to fill the bottom of a large punch bowl and pour the mix into the bowl, making sure it fills the bottom. Add approximately 3 times as much Champagne, or until the mix fills the bowl by 2/3. Add the Lemon juice and sprinkle on sugar to taste. Stir thoroughly before serving.
