Peach Coconut Flip
1 Peach, pared and pitted
1 1/2 oz light Rum
2 oz Coconut cream
2 oz Milk
Fill a blender with 3 oz of crushed ice. Add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a goblet and garnish with a slice of fresh Peach.
