Peach Treat
1 oz Peach Brandy
2 oz Orange juice
chilled Champagne
Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the Brandy and Orange juice. Shake and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top off with Champagne. Garnish with a slice of Peach.
