Melon Colada

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz light Rum

1/2 oz Midori 

1 oz Cream of Coconut

3 oz Pineapple juice

splash of Cream

1/2 oz dark Rum (optional)

Fill a blender with 3 oz crushed ice and the ingredients.  Blend at medium speed for approx. 15 seconds or until smooth & creamy.  Pour into a goblet or large Wine glass.  Garnish with a Pineapple spear.

1 1/2 oz Puerto Rican Rum
1 oz Grapefruit juice
1 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Cream of Coconut
2-3 dashes 151-proof Rum

Set aside the 151 Rum.  Add all the other ingredients to a blender with 3 oz of crushed ice.  Blend at medium speed for about 10 seconds or until creamy.  Pour into a goblet or a large wine glass and top with the 151-proof Rum.

Cherry Bomb / Fireworks

1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz light Rum
1/2 oz Tequila
3 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz Creme of Coconut
2 tsp Milk
2 drop Grenadine

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake really well.  Strain into a collins glass filled with ice.  Garnish with a Cherry.

3/4 oz Peach Schnapps
3/4 oz Vokda
3 oz Pineapple or Grapefruit juice
3 oz Cranberry juice cocktail
1/2 tsp Cream of Coconut

Fill a blender with 3 oz of ice. Add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a goblet or Collins glass.

1 oz Cream of Coconut
2 oz canned Pineapple chunks
2 oz Pineapple juice
splash of Cream

Add 3 oz of crushed ice to a blender and then add all of the ingredients. Blend at medium speed for 10 seconds or until smooth. Pour into a large goblet or wineglass. Garnish with a Pineapple spear.

1 Peach, pared and pitted
1 1/2 oz light Rum
2 oz Coconut cream
2 oz Milk

Fill a blender with 3 oz of crushed ice. Add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a goblet and garnish with a slice of fresh Peach.

1 1/2 oz light Rum
1 oz Mandarin Napoleon Liqueur
2 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz Cream of Coconut
2 Orange slices

Fill a blender with 3 oz of ice and add all of the ingredients except one orange slice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a 16oz soda glass. Garnish with the one orange slice.

Kappa Colada

1 oz Brandy
1 oz Cream of Coconut
2 oz Pineapple juice syrup
-OR-
1 oz Brandy
3 oz Pina Colada Mix

Fill mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients. Shake and strain into a Collins glass. Add ice and garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.

1 oz Light Rum
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Cream of Coconut

Fill blender with 3 oz of crushed ice. Pour in the ingredients and blend at low speeds until smooth. Pour into a goblet. Garnish with a cherry or orange slice.

12 oz light Rum
12 oz dark Rum
6 oz Creme of Coconut
8 oz Sloe Gin
4 oz Peppermint Schnapps
1/2 oz Grenadine
1 qt + 1 pint unsweetened Pineapple juice
8 oz Lemon juice
8 oz chilled club soda

Put a large block of ice into a large punch bowl. Pour over with each of the ingredients except the club soda. Stir and garnish with thin slices of either Pineapples or Oranges. Refrigerate for one hour. Just before serving, pour over with the club soda and stir gently.

2 oz Amaretto
1 oz gold Rum
1 1/2 oz creme of Coconut
2 oz Pineapple juice

Fill a blender with 3 oz cracked ice. Add Amaretto, Rum, creme of Coconut and Pineapple juice. Blend at slow speed for about 15 seconds, or until smooth. Pour into a chilled Collins glass and garnish with a slice of Pineapple.
