YALE COCKTAIL

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Gin

1/2 oz dry Vermouth

3-4 dashes blue Curacao

dash Angustura Bitters

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients.  Stir and strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.

GO GO JUICE

Ingredients:

1/2 oz Vodka

1/2 ox Gin

1/2 oz light Rum

1/2 oz blue Curacao

1/2 oz white Tequila

1/2 oz Orange juice

1 oz sour mix

7-Up

Fill a  mixing glass with ice and add all the ingredients except the 7-UP.  Shake and strain into a collins glass.  Add ice and top off with 7-Up.  Garnish with a slice of Lemon.

1 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1 tsp blue Curacao
1 1/2 oz sour mix

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.  Garnish with a slice of Lime.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Vodka

dash Lime juice (Roses or fresh squeezed)

2 oz Orange juice

dash Blue Curacao

dash Triple Sec

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add the ingredients and shake.  Pour into a highball glass.  Garnish with a stick of Celery with leaves.

Ingredients:

1/2 oz Vodka

1/2 oz Gin

1/2 oz light Rum

1/2 oz blue Curacao

1/2 oz white Tequila

1/2 oz Orange juice

1 oz sour mix

Fill a mixing glass with ice.  Add all the ingredients except the 7-Up.  Shake and strain into a Collins glass.  Add ice and top off with the 7-Up.  Garnish with a slice of Lemon.

5 oz dry white Wine

Club Soda

splash of Blue Curacao

Fill a wineglass with ice.  Pour in the white Wine.  Top with club soda and a splash of Blue Curacao.  Garnish with a Lemon twist.

Ingredients:

1/2 oz Grenadine

1/2 oz Vodka

1/2 oz blue Curaçao

Pour the grenadine into a shot glass. Float vodka on top of the grenadine. Float the blue curaçao on top of the vodka. Looks lke the American Flag.

1/2 oz white Creme de Cacao

1/2 oz blue Curacao

2 oz cream

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

1/3 oz Blue Curacao liqueur

1/3 oz Melon liqueur

1/3 oz Lime juice

Fill a mixing glass or shaker with ice to the halfway mark. Add the ingredients and shake well. Strain into a shot glass and serve.

1/2 oz Bailey's Irish cream

1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur

1/2 oz Banana liqueur

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add all the ingredients and shake. Strain into a shot glass.

2-3 dashes Blue Curacao

2 oz Cream

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the ingredients and shake. Strain into a frosted sour glass. Add ice and serve.

1 oz heavy Cream
1 oz  Blue Curacao

Pour the Grenandine into a pousse-cafe glass.  Float the Cream on top.  Float the Blue Curacao on top of that.  DO NOT STIR OR ADD ICE.  Serve neat.

1/4 oz Absolut Vodka
1/4 oz Blueberry Schnapps
1/4 oz Blue Curacao
splash of sour mix
1/4 oz Club Soda

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the liquors and the sour mix. Shake and pour into a rocks glass. Top off with the Club Soda.

1 1/4 oz light Rum

1 oz Blue Curacao
3 oz Orange juice
3 oz Pineapple juice
3-4 drops Roses Lime juice

In a blender, combine all the ingredients with 3 oz cracked ice. Blend until well mixed. Pour into a goblet or collins glass and garnish with a chunk of Pineapple.

1 or 2 Raisins

Combine Vodka and Curacao with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a shot glass or tooter. Throw in the Raisins.

1 oz heavy Cream
1 oz blue Curacao

Pour the Grenadine into a pousse-cafe glass. Float the Cream on top of the Grenadine. Layer the blue Curacao on top. It should look red, white and blue like the flag. This is a great drink to feature on the Fourth of July, Flag Day or Memorial Day.

2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Cream of Coconut

Fill blender with 3 oz of crushed ice. Pour in the ingredients and blend at low speeds until smooth. Pour into a goblet. Garnish with a cherry or orange slice.
