Blue Bijou

Blue Bijou

1 1/4 oz light Rum
1 oz Blue Curacao
3 oz Orange juice
3 oz Pineapple juice
3-4 drops Roses Lime juice

In a blender, combine all the ingredients with 3 oz cracked ice. Blend until well mixed. Pour into a goblet or collins glass and garnish with a chunk of Pineapple.
