Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz white Tequila

1/2 oz white Creme de Cacao

2-3 dashes Blue Curacao

2 oz Cream

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the ingredients and shake. Strain into a frosted sour glass. Add ice and serve.
