Bellini Punch

Bellini Punch


fresh Peaches
iced Brut Champagne
1 tbs Lemon juice
Sugar

In a blender, puree enough Peaches to fill the bottom of a large punch bowl and pour the mix into the bowl, making sure it fills the bottom. Add approximately 3 times as much Champagne, or until the mix fills the bowl by 2/3. Add the Lemon juice and sprinkle on sugar to taste. Stir thoroughly before serving.
