Ingredients:

1 oz Scotch

1 oz sweet Vermouth

2-3 dashes Sugar syrup

2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the ingredients and shake. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and serve.
