Golden Lemonade

Golden Lemonade


1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup fresh Lemon juice
2 cups gold Tequila

In a small saucepan, combine sugar with 1/2 cup of water.  Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring so that the sugar dissolves.  Boil for no more than 1 minute.  Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup of cold water to mix.  Allow the mix to cool to room temperature.  Once cooled, add the Lemon juice.  Combine this mix with the Tequila in a pitcher.  Stir well.  Add ice before serving in Collins glasses filled with ice.
