White Grape, Tangerine and Sparkling Wine Punch

48 oz unsweetened, chilled white Grape juice
6 oz frozen Tangerine juice concentrate, thawed
8 oz Club Soda
3 oz Brandy
3 oz Lemon juice
1 bottle (25.4 oz) of sweet, sparkling Wine
thin slices of fresh Tangerine

Put a block of ice into a large Punch bowl. Add the white Grape juice, Tangerine concentrate, Club Soda, Brandy and Lemon juice. Mix well and then cover with a lid or wax paper and put in the refrigerator. When cold and ready to serve, add the sparkling Wine and then top off with thin slices of fresh Tangerine.

6 oz frozen Tangerine juice concentrate
8 oz club soda
3 oz Brandy
2 oz Lemon juice
1- 25.4 oz bottle of sweet, sparkling Wine (such as Asti Spumante)
thin slices of Tangerine

Chill the white Grape juice while thawing the Tangerine juice concentrate. In a punch bowl, add a block of ice and then pour over with each ingredient, one a time, except the sparkling Wine and slices of Tangerine. Mix well and then cover the punch bowl and refrigerate until really cold. Just before serving, add the sparkling Wine and float the thin slices of Tangerine on top.
