Vodka Fizz
1 oz Vodka
2 oz Pineapple juice
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp powdered sugar
Club Soda
Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the Vodka, the juices and the sugar and shake. Strain into a collins glass and add several ice cubes. Top off with the Club Soda.
